i have to say actually that i agree with sciamachy on the subject of existentialism, i didn't know that's what it was before, but there you go. one thing that was a major turning point for me when i was in the thick of severe depression, was an article in the sunday observer magazine by dorothy rowe.
she said something like . ."when people go to therapy they're essentially saying 'take my pain away' but they're often also saying 'don't change me'. unfortunately that's where they're going wrong. if they want to be happy, or at least happier, they have to change, and the sooner they accept that fact, the better"
she was dead right.
another thing i read and agreed with from 'the 7 habits of highly effective people' was . . "love is a verb"
