Okay, so i have been getting a couple of comments on what programs i used for making the icons and capturing the frames. so i have some links for you so you can download the programs :)
Making icons: Jasc Animation Shop ((free 60day trial))
Capturing Images: Virtual Dub ((whole program)) (the video must be saved to your computer before using this program)
