☆CANONVERSE CHARACTERS
Billy Katagiri: Both members of the Union military and close friends for several years, Graham considers him his most reliable comrade in Purg. Now they work at White Fang together and live as roommates, so needless to say, they're still around each other a lot. Tends to be more casual around him. Purgatory can stress their relationship a bit, but Graham still trusts and cares for Billy more than anyone else around.
Howard Mason and Daryl Dodge: Not in Purg, but they're two of Graham's best (and closest) wingmen. Both are deceased, but due to the timeline that he's from, Graham is unaware of the latter's demise. Likewise, he doesn't know about all the men that died in the "last" battle against the Gundams.
Setsuna F. Seiei: Something close to infatuation. Graham's "love" for Gundam leads to Setsuna being a rival of sorts. He respects him to a degree.
Hallelujah Haptism: Did not interact in the series. They've developed a strange rivalry in purgatory, but Graham refuses to accept this as actual friendship (even if it's starting to be that way). Connects with him on a twisted level, and is starting to trust him to a degree.
Lockon Stratos and Tieria Erde: Hasn't interacted much with, but doesn't really give them the benefit of the doubt since they're in Celestial Being.
Johann, Mihael, and Neena Trinity: Holds a bitter, bitter grudge.
Christina Sierra: Did not interact in the series. Finds her pleasant enough company, and they find random things to talk about. Treats her more as a civilian than a CB operative.
Sumeragi Li Noriega: Did not interact in the series. With the previous Sumeragi, he was worried about her relationship with Billy, so they were usually very tense around each other. Now he ignores her so the two can sort out their issues on their own.
Saji Crossroad and Louise Halevy: Did not interact in the series. Worries about them a bit since they're civilians from his world.
Soma Peries: Did not interact in the series. Thinks she has a lot of potential, but severely lacking social skills. Tries to be supportive when he can. Kind of friends, and now coworkers.
Sergei Smirnov: No longer in Purg; did not interact in the series. Respected, but didn't talk with much.
Patrick Colasour: Did not (really) interact in the series. Finds him completely and totally mostly incompetent.

☆PURGATORIUM CHARACTERS
Yin: One of Graham's first friends around purgatory, they've since bonded and now he sees her as something of a younger sister. Sometimes gets frustrated when she tries to keep him out of trouble by getting in trouble herself, but the two are still close.
Citrine: Graham finds Citrine to be one of the most interesting people around, and respects how she is and how she lives. At the same time, she's very fun to tease. Considers her a good friend and tries to prove that not all men are retarded. While he resents her inability to see her own self-worth, he's extremely relieved at her return.
Tyve Russell-Rasmussen: A co-worker at White Fang, the two have recently begun talking more. They share the same obsession fondness of Mobile Suits, and they're good military buddies. Reminds him a little of his younger self.
Lena Vela: Thinks she's far too young to be here, but tries not to treat her too much like a child. The two see each other fairly frequently at White Fang. Respects that Lena can survive in purgatory, and her efforts.
Rakshata Chawla: While he admires Rakshata's abilities with mecha, she tends to make his life difficult whenever she can. Regardless, he sort of likes her company, and hopes to work together with her in the future.
South: Met on Mello's "walk" to the prison, and respects her abilities. Military buddies of sorts, though they haven't spoken much as of yet.
Haruhi: Also met on the "walk," he finds Haruhi to be bossy and somewhat difficult to deal with, but doesn't really mind her personally.
L (Ryuuzaki): A co-worker at White Fang, the two started talking by chance, but got to know each other better over Mello's walk. Graham finds that L has similar conflicts and thinks him somewhat fascinating. They've become fairly good friends over time, and are still bonding.
Mello: Met while chaperoning the walk, Mello and Graham bonded over gunfire rather than words, and Graham respects him for that. They actually get along well, and Graham considers him a reliable, if not hazardous, friend.
BB (Ryuuzaki Rue): An extremely perplexing and interesting individual that he's recently met, he acknowledges how dangerous BB is, but likes interacting with him anyway. Sort of a morbid fascination and a "keep your enemies closer" mindset. After getting captured and the fact that he almost gets Billy injured, Graham completely despises him.
Treize Khushrenada: His superior at work. While he respects Treize to some degree, they don't really make an effort to interact. He's wary of Treize's true intentions, but follows orders anyway.
Graham Spector: No longer in Purg. His name twin! They only seem to accentuate each other's craziness.
Xaldin: Respects him. Somewhat understands why he dislikes humans, but doesn't exactly agree. The two talk about Soma, mostly.
Zhygure: Severe distaste, especially after being smote for a bit. Has no real respect for him at all.
