Since it's becoming a widespread problem and I've been experiencing it for several days, here's a brief report on what I've seen of these dreams:
-The first step is following someone into a sort of manor. I've yet to see a building in Purgatorium that resembles it.
-I didn't receive the tattoo on the first night.
-There was one night when I almost woke up after contact with a... particularly strange ghost. The point of contact is where the bulk of my tattoo began.
-There are ghosts in the manor, and as of yet I've found no way to kill them.
-Most of said ghosts are extremely hostile, and getting attacked does seem to cause some kind of damage, though nothing visible.
-They're covered in the tattoos.
-Just speculation at this point, but I have reason to believe that contact with the ghosts makes the tattoo spread faster.
-The tattoo has a sort of dull ache. Similar to a bruise, but not.
-The manor itself has no real exits. Further inside, there are torture devices, bedrooms, and the like, though none of them seem to have been used in at least a decade.
-It's not guaranteed that you'll "wake up" in the manor; I've dozed off and been perfectly fine. Regardless, it's getting more difficult to stay awake.
-I... think there are other ghosts besides the one you follow into the manner that take after ones from home. It's difficult to say. More on this later.
-I believe I saw another resident of Purgatorium once, though only briefly.
