My Temperature- 97.8
Mucus Description- damp/moist/ not wet
I had such deep sleep last night. Very vivid and sexual dreams. I woke up much later than I intended. But i woke up feeling very rested. I also was able to stay motivated and on task. Did all my paper work to get my Nursing License here. I was able to stay content take time for myself and drink my tea. Not so distracted to day. Actions had purpose. I'm actually here posting things XD
Later on I will post more about my past cycles. I need to scan the papers first so I can post them on here.
Jade Egg - Cycle Day 11
Last night did brief Jade egg work. One of the first sessions I did in a very long time. It was different than all other times I did it. It was actually a bit painful and I was much more sore afterwards. I struggled a little more to get the egg out afterwards. This has never happened before. I will see how it goes tonight.
Next day no soreness. Feels fine and normal.
Jade Egg-Cycle day 12 Today
Session much better today.Spent about 15minutes do exercises.I did initially take more time to be slower and careful. I allowed my body to get used to it.Learning where it sat inside me. Its kinda hard to feel. Its easier to feel pressure. It was only slightly painful when it first settled inside me. It must put pressure on a nerve or tight muscle? I sat down and stood up with it.
As I went on i could feel its place and resistance a little easier. Pulling up/closing and pulling down cervix.Squeezing sides left right, front back. Worked mostly on outbreath. Then, working to hold it as I breathed.
Few minutes after dession done feeling differences. Anterior superior side of vaginal walls seems more sore than the rest.
I found a little bit of skin like tissue discharge. I will keep an I on that. This is abnormal for me.. Right now not worried as this is mostly normal from what I know.
