Roommates Needed!
Hey All,
I am looking for some awesome roommates for a house or apartment in September. I am looking in East Greenlake, Ravenna, University District, Wallingford, Eastlake, Capitol Hill, and Central District. Anywhere north of Yesler Way, east of Hwy 99, and south of N 80th St. I can pay $600 or less total cost, including utilities. You should be able to pay this as well.
I’m Jeff, a 24 year old dude. I work as a caregiver and my hours vary from swing to overnight so generally I am up pretty late. You must be employed, respectful, reasonable, and open minded. You must also tolerate some loud music. This is because creating music is my art; it is how I express myself.
I am all these things, we will enjoy living together better if you are also:
++Clean and tidy++
++Vegetarian or vegan++
++Alcohol and weed friendly++
++Have no domesticated animals++
+Metal and noise friendly+
+An atheist+
+Party friendly+
+A bicyclist+
You don’t need to be all of these things but you definitely should be most of these things. Let me know if you would like to pair up and start looking for places together.
