i got a prank phone call last from a restricted number by a drunk group of people making fun of me for being vegan and edge and being a part of hardcore. they told me i looked like a 12 year old girl and that i should grow up that i'll look back on my life in 10 years and say "wow i threw my life away because i dind't get drunk when i was a teenager." grow up? but they called me from a blocked number to hide their identities? ironic?
but anyway, i'm so pumped on my life right now.
youth attack's last show was nothing less than what I expected. i had such a great time. it was possibly the most fun i've had at a hardcore show.
i love being a part of the hardcore scene. i love the music, going to shows, dancing, singing along, seeing friends, making new friends, being a part of something so great. i have meet so many wonderful fucking people through hardcore.
i love the excitement i feel before a show.
i love when i get to a show and i see all of my friends. handshakes, hugs, and even just a simple wave it's all great.
i love the feeling of being at a show, seeing and hearing a band i love playing their music, pouring their hearts out on stage right in front of me. it's an amazing feeling. nothing else matters when i'm there.
i love hardcore.
you may laugh at me for this post, and i couldn't care less, i'm proud to be a part of this, i love it.
