(no subject)
Hello all, working as an electrician is starting to become a major part of my life whether I want it to or not. Some of the guys I talk to there say they start dreaming/ having nightmares about their work (like one "we've got inspection tomorrow and we have to pull wire and tie in the pannel" which takes like 2 days working at a comfortable pace). I can't say that I don't like it at times though, yesterday was so easy and I got a good night sleep so I was really fast. Thursday and tuesday were shitty for soem reason but wednesday was a great day for me too, I worked very quickly and efficiently. I also heard from alot of people that electricians with a journeymans license can get around $30-50 an hour from a company, which isn't so bad cuz I mean you get benefits and all sorts of other perks. I might just try that for awhile after I get my license to see what happens. I also have to leave some time and get alot of experience with the trade to ensure I know what I'm doing before I try it on my own.
well last night, I talked to erin. she had to beat it into my skull that she didn't have feelings for me so I'm a little confused and lost again. I'm still convinced that she's a great friend and a really cool person, but I don't know if I can see her with another guy, I mean I guess as long as I'm with someone it won't matter. needless to say I've never had anything this complicated before (you know, given the distance and the dedication on my part for this to work and the amount of time I've spent thinking about it). so hey, fuck it, she's a cool buddy and I just like talking to her about music, art and other stuff so I'm not really depressed about losing that part.
I'm a good guitarist, took me a long time to figure it out, but I've been told by everyone that's heard me that I'm talented in some way as a guitarist, so I'm going for it, I'll still play keyoard and bass, but this is my instrument from now on (makes sense cuz I love it so damn much) I'm trying to find bands, I'd like to be in at least 2 that practice every weekend cuz let's face it, with work, I really don't have much time during the week, so I gotta maximise the time I have.
