Verizon is stooppid.
I got this off of Fail Blog.
I suck at math. Seriously, suck at math. There is a reason why someone else does my 1040 EZ form for my taxes. But even *I* know what this guy is talking about and see why Verizon is *adamantly* stoopid.

I feel sorry for this guy because it is not unlike banging your head against a wall until your soft insides come out.
EDIT: As Cappy pointed out the supervisor did say 2/10 of penny, which would be $70 some odd dollars, but where the problem is that he was told .0002 cents as a quote for service.
And also, they didn't know how to explain this themselves. Sad.
