Sort of? I mean, they started out that way. But digimon are much more than just a program. Some of them can even come to the human world.

Mm... I kind of know what you mean, I think. My friend Fuu was taken out of here a day or two before I arrived... and, even though I'm really glad that Umi's here, it still doesn't feel quite right.

But... I'm sure you'll see each other again, just like I'm sure Umi and I will see Fuu again.
