I see Boyd really strongly here, and I think that's because you remind me of Mist in this app. However, your FE choices are all things he would do once he got a clue, I think, and he's cheerful, brave, and pretty realistic despite his bravado. I admit I don't know how I'd rate Boyd on the intelligence scale, but he can't be TOO stupid, or he'd be dead. :D Anyway, I think he fits a lot of what you want, and he has those important qualities - honor, loyalty, a sense of humor, and he really is a nice guy.

I kept going back and forth between a few different people, but I think I'm going to go with Eliwood.

He's brave, but knows when to avoid doing something stupid. He's smart and good-looking, and you wouldn't have to worry about whether he's telling you the trust. He wouldn't ignore you or hurt you. I can easily see him fitting into either of the scenarios you described of how you would meet. He's doesn't really have the big, toned arms, but he'd still be able to protect you.

Agh, I do see both Eliwood and Boyd! Eliwood is more intelligent and romantic, but Boyd has those strong, well toned arms. Eliwood ftis better, but I just can't get the Boyd impression out my mind.

Man, I'm going to go out on a limb here and hope you don't mind slightly older characters, but I am so seeing you with FE6 Karel. As in the short-haired one. Even from the first question I was seeing it. I kept pulling out quote until I realized that I was pulling every other line.

Honesty, loyalty, integrity, character, and trustworthiness.

but also want to help me become the person I want to be.

I like intelligent, perceptive men who can help me sort out my thoughts

He is all of these things. Honest (all Sacaens are~), perceptive, willing to help you achieve your goals, and willing to push you into them if you needed it. He'd know what was the matter, or at least that something was the matter -- he demonstrates this in his supports with Rutger a bit -- and would want to help, though he'd probably more help you sort out your own thoughts as opposed to just directly telling you the answer. He's confident, even if he hides it under a layer of humility, and as a master swordsman, obviously very elegant and graceful ( ... )

Boyd -- RD at least. He's grown up by then and he's strong and brave and with nice arms.
