[Mod Post] Screening comments?

As you all should know, sheep voting is something we'd rather not have in this community, and two of our members have a suggestion about it: screening the comments. While this would surely prevent the sheep voting, it has its cons, and among other things would make it more difficult to get people stamped soon, or get enough votes for the same character. Even if we decided to allowed the screening comments option, it'd be something optional, you won't have to do it if you don't want to.
But I really want to know your opinion about this, so:
