I'm thinking that your rival would be Vaida, she's arrogant, vain and doesn't care much for other people. Also, I think Colm might work a little bit here. C:

So, I was trying to think of characters who are basically good, but have a manner or way of living that might tick you off, and came up with L'Arachel and Naesala. Of the two, Naesala is the one I can see doing something to irritate you on a daily basis, or maybe that's my for-the-lulz interpretation of him, your pick.

Mrrr, another hard one. C: First I was thinking Nacien and Izuka, but your answers in the last section seem more like they would suit a friendly rivalry than a serious hatred. I also considered L'Arachel, but while I can see her getting on your nerves, I don't think it would actually develop into a rivalry. She's just too...good. xD

I'm going with Boyd. He can be pretty dense and arrogant, and I can see him telling you that you can't do something, though more likely than not he'd just be joking around. I think he'd be annoyed by your sarcasm and perfectionism, and maybe even feel a little threatened by how serious you are about reaching your goals. But he's got a sense of humor, so it's not like you two would hate eachother, and I think that's key, since it seems like you want to have fun with rivalry. Overall, I guess it'd be something like the rivalry he has with Ike...and that fits, since I can see a bit of Ikey-Poo in you. xD

At the end, I'm going with Vaida. She's really arrogant and doesn't show much respect for people, and she doesn't seem the type to enjoy sarcasm or blunt honesty.
