I'm really seeing Pent: he's loyal, intelligent and nerdy, but at the same time he'd balance your unsociability, and he'd respect your silent periods, or the times when you're working, since he would probably doing his own researches. Your ideal date and the first meeting you described are also things he would do. And he has long hair!

My vote is also for Pent. I tried to think of somebody else besides him, but I couldn't come up with anyone who fit nearly as well as he does. The scenario section screams Pent, especially the parts about the library and the coffee shop and have a meaningful conversation. He's good looking and smart, and he's not going to drown you in optimism, but he won't bring you down by being pessimism.
