Hm. There's a couple of people that have floated through my mind... and Lyn wasn't one of them. I can kinda see it, but I don't think it was a good fit. I saw a lot of Sanaki actually. I see her as aggressive and fiery, but she's not very confident in herself. RD really hits on that. The battle lust makes me think Karel... but the similarities with him end there. And that leaves me with my other choice: Stefan. He's cold, logical, snarky, a close range fighter. And I think if someone to truly anger him that it just would not be pretty. So... I'm going to cast two votes, one for Sanaki and one for Stefan. And uh... sorry this is so long. XD
....Okay, the love of fighting totally reminds me of Ephraim, but I believe he was stamped as your parent? Shame, because I think he could have fit well. It also makes me think of Valter a little, but you're not crazy and, well, he is. xD
Actually, I'm gonna say Ranulf. It might sound a little far-fetched, but the more I think about it, the better he fits. The main connection I made was, again, the battlelust. As a Laguz, he's obviously got a very strong battlelust. Yet it seems like he wants to suppress those feelings so that he won't hurt anyone for the wrong reasons. This really reminds me of what you were saying about trying to calm your aggresivity. He's very open-minded and accepting of people, whether they're Beorc, Laguz, or Branded. You said that discrimination really bothers you, and I think he's the same way. And maybe this is just my perception of him, but it seems like he often uses jokes and playfulness to hide his pessimism and concerns, something that you wrote about several times. This was really hard! I kept seeing a character from other fandom, and that didn't help me at all to decide. So, after thinking a lot, I'm going with Sanaki too. She's proud but doubts herself, and also intelligent, loyal and even protective. Just so you know, I've read your application three times and still I'm not entirely convinced of who to vote for.
