New theme is up and as you have noticed there are small changes.
Now, for every theme, it's required five votes and not three, I tried to take Soren's voting-idea but it'd be too hard to control so this was the way I chose to go.
The regular application went through some changes aswell. Regular-apps only need three votes as usual, because there aren't that many coming around nowadays so it was pointless to increase the number of votes required.
Now you can also re-apply as much as you want.
No more asking for both genders. If it's allowed, it'll be on the application. Otherwise, people will vote for whatever they think fits.
