i love san francisco. everything is interesting! people are active! the weather is nice! i feel way more alive here than i do in kansas city. everything has been so great, i've had such good food and last night i went to see a little band called the Arcade Fire, a band of about 8 people, and happened to fall in love with the lead singer, win butler

The Arcade Fire fuckin' rocks. What venue were they at?

What the hell are you doing in San Fran? Luckyass. But yeah, that part of the country rocks, madcore. When I was in Sac, we loved it 'cause San Fran was two hours west and Tahoe was two hours east, Yosemite was three hours south and the redwoods and Nor Cal three hours north... not to mention that So Cal and Seattle were both a manageable days' drive.

my brother lives here and bought me a ticket for xmas. i don't know what the venue was called but it was small and beautiful.
