I hope you have a wonderful day with your friends. I'm just going to my dads house in the morning then spending the rest of the day at home. I didn't even feel like getting a Tofurkey this year. I just want to do nothing.
Like you, I wanted to avoid an all day big thing... I didn't want the cooking or clean up, I don't even want having to hang out all day making conversation while someone else cooks and cleans up! lol Anyway, I found some friends (close friends) who were like minded: we'll pick up vegetarian Thanksgiving lunch at the MUM campus cafeteria and bring our meals to the friend's house where she has made a pie... I'm bringing the Martinellis and we'll have fun (with about 5 people or so around the table)
