I wouldn't know where to begin on elaborating anyway, but lately my internal mantra in general for Spiritual Work has become
"Give yourself credit for being able to change."
I know this is partially a general concern, partially in preparation for my headwash, partially about my fire work, as well as of the slow-ramp-up Brigid Work I'm (supposed to be) doing.
Speaking of which, I really do need to get going on the next project in that sequence, eh, Self?
