Okay people, here's how it goes.
If it's raining, you turn your headlights on.
Not your running lights.
Not your fog lights.
Not nothing.
Your headlights.
If you're driving anything other than a day-glow yellow/pink car, when my rear window has rain on it, I CAN'T SEE YOU. The only way I'm able to tell there's someone behind me is the parallax effect of the lights of the car behind THEM. It's rediculous. Not to mention it's a LAW in Illinois that if your wipers are on, your lights need to be on. I'm tired of going out at 8:15 AM when it's raining and darkish and only half (at MOST) of the people have their lights on. It's people like you what cause accidents.
