So there was a "senior technician" over yesterday to check what our problem is with our interwebs (hint: IT'S COMCAST). After much checking, filter replacing, and modem swapping, the guy goes outside, comes back in and says "So I climbed up the pole (like the telephone pole, but for cable?) and you're getting low signal to your house."
...no shit. Really? I couldn't tell! ~_~
So they're sending someone out to fix it today (since despite the fact that he's a senior tech he couldn't do that, apparently). Hopefully I'll have net when I get home.
