I did it again :\
You know…that thing where I disappear for a while. Well, it's only been a month! So it really wasn't that bad. I'm mostly on tumblr now. In case any of you guys have tumblr, too, I'm currently hippygillans if you want to follow me. I don't know if you would though, haha, because I got sucked into both Doctor Who and Game of Thrones (book and TV show THIS SERIES IS AMAZING) and I haven't blogged a lot of k-pop things lately-BUT I STILL ENJOY K-POP. I'm still doing the big bangs I signed up for…once I have solid ideas. Which I am working on. Between working on my original stories/novel ideas. I'd say novel tentatively because, well, I know that I'm young and that my attention span might not permit me to finish this. Someday this main project might be finished!
I've gone back to the ways of my childhood, which is writing sci-fi and fantasy stories. Watching Doctor Who and Game of Thrones has had a little to do with that, but I honestly did write mostly fantasy and sci-fi back when I was younger. As I got older I started writing more present-time-real-world stories. Except for the ones I have on Fiction Press right now. I haven't checked/updated for a while lol but those are kind of real world mixed with fantasy. I also like toying with ideas of parallel universes and having more than on parallel universe. Everything about everything intrigues me. Oh my I love writing.
OH. I AM ALSO DONE WITH HIGH SCHOOL NOW. Yesterday was my last day. The last time I'll have to step on my high school campus is for graduation rehearsal and then two days after that, I graduate! I'm working on letting go of some last minute things like a boy I realized I've kind of liked since we were ten and I first moved here but whatever. We're going to college. There isn't much I can do about it now. See? Letting things go: good. I've also been working on letting go of my two-year crush on that other guy I've mentioned before. It's actually going really well. I AM THE QUEEN OF LETTING THINGS GO BEFORE COLLEGE.
And then there's my favorite teachers. Saying goodbye to them was hard, but I am definitely coming back to visit. Especially my Latin teacher, because he was my teacher for all four years of high school and he was like a father figure to me-which, even though my dad is around sometimes, when he's not working and traveling, means a lot to me because I like having that constant presence. He is also a huge part of why I want to be multi-lingual, other than my basic desire to learn new languages. And he is also a huge part of why I've seriously thought of becoming a teacher.
I feel quite liberated. No school for me until the end of August! I'm also doing some traveling after graduation but I'll talk about that later if anyone's interested. By then I'll be trying to do a bit of video blogging to keep my mom and friends up to date since I'm just going with my dad and the tour. I also need to use my youtube account for more than just favorite. I have time to practice guitar! I can write songs for my band now! and do covers! Life is good and life has pretty colors :) have a nice day, everyone!
