Update update update...
I am back at school and despite me thinking this year was going to blow because so many people left/ stopped talking to me... this year has rocked so far.
...I think it has something to do with Sophmore year. Like, in freshmen year everyone is nervous about fitting in and finding people like them, making friends, having a social life yadda yadda. This year I think people just kind of RE-LAXED. Everyone is just a lot more friendly and social and like.. whatever.
And it's kind of rubbing off on me and making me a lot more outgoing and I really like how I am feeling. It's made me RE-LAX. I am just all about being confident and friendly, I just don't care, like really what do I have to loss. This year is going to be all about ENJOYING college, not stressing soo much about it like last year.
Anyway. I have applied to a coffee shop on campus/ all food services on campus and I have also applied to UP which is University Police as a dispatcher, traffic patrol, parking services, etc. So HOPEFULLY I will get a job ASAP. If not, I have a little money that will last me. I am just scared I will end up applying to the local Wal-Mart, which will conflict with my moral beliefs.
Wal-Mart is the f-ing anti-christ.
Anyway.
My classes are okay. Only one I am worried about is Poli Sci. It's A LOT of work. But I know I will get through it cause I always some how do.
I had a science lab today on making a power point...making a power point! Soon we will be designing graphics using ALICE some computer programming thing. I am excited.
My roommate:
Is really sweet and beautiful. I am excited becasue she is Muslim and I have always been interested and geniunely intrigued with Islam, I think its one of the most beautiful religions in the world. She is very devout, meaning she prays 5x a day starting at 5am. She is also fasting until the end of the month so I feel really rude when I eat in the room during the day. I geniunely like her, I am just worried some of things I do will offend her and I have a feeling we are both walking on egg shells around each other.
