Notes: See post here (scroll down some) on what he can do ability-wise. I'm not saying all of these will be in effect for anyone but all the silly ones have a decent shot. Also, your character gets a theme song playing when they tag in! It will happen naturally the moment the cross the threshold and stop when they take a seat or the song ends (unless Dean likes it. Then it'll keep playing till the song ends). I suggest the silliest song you can get to fit them. If you don't have any idea and don't tell me not to, I'll try to find something.

The lounge on the first floor, first door to the left of the lobby (today), is a very comfortable one. Many couches, many chairs, bean bags, cushions, even some blankets and pillows scattered about. It is also empty, but only for a moment longer.
An angel walks into this lounge, pauses inside the doorway, and takes a look around. Then he poses and snaps his fingers (for effect).
There are no speakers in sight, but music starts playing throughout the room.
Well, you can tell from the way I use my walk
I'm a woman's man, no time to talk
The angel grins, satisfied, and continues to survey the room. The music continues to play, louder than it really needs to be, so it spills out the open door and down the hallway. Eventually he makes his way to a couch and drapes himself on it. The music shifts as he does so.
Oh my dear, how boring, he's defecting
Just like all the others, he's expecting
Us to be impressed with what he's done here
But he hasn't stopped to think about the paperwork his gesture causes
We've an embassy to run here
Dean West relaxes back into his couch, keeping one eye on the door as he begins to scan the pamphlets he got at the front desk.
He's already starting to think he's going to like it here.
