Day 22: Today I did something I've never done before.
I made homemade pasta. /faint
I'm sure that's really not a big deal, but to me it is. It was an easy recipe, egg noodles. I don't have a pasta maker, did it all myself. My arms are sore from all the kneeding, lol. Then the cutting. They came out a bit thicker thank I'd like, tho. Didn't roll them out as papery thin as I should have. Oh, well. Kids and hubby loved the noodles. I did a butter/garlic seasoning, and tossed cubes of steak in with them. YUMMO, as Rachael Ray would say.
Did a lot of computery productive things today, too. I am feeling very accomplished today, lol. Now to get ready for the Main Event cooking marathon on Thursday!
