It's been a week of awesome finales (Supernatural, Doctor Who, Elementary, Vampire Diaries (which I don't even watch)), and I'm gonna go ahead and add these chapters to the lineup. Even if they're not finales proper, they're part of what I'm assuming is the last story arc of the series, so

Oh man, I thought I had already read 630, but then I read your entry and was all like: "What? Minato and Naruto reunion?" o.O So yeah, spoiled due to my own lack of memory XD

Ah, I quite liked Kakashi's statement that people can fill the hole in one's heart - it resonates even with someone who has (and seeks) as little a social life like me ;) But yes, when one feels like nothing's worth anything anymore, sometimes it's amazing what a hug from a loved one can accomplish...

While I do feel and share your excitement about Sasuke joining this final fight, the closer we get to that point, the more I'm dreading it as well - I know I'm a broken record at this point, but I still don't wanna see Sasuke die. Or at least, that dread would be lessened if I KNEW we'd get a fluffy afterlife reunion with Itachi, but I doubt we'll get that lucky, so yeah...

We've definitely come a long way with this series. I still miss the Akatsuki and lament their demise (on that note, I ought to hunt down a certain filler episode because apparently Edo Tensei!Hidan appeared in it T____T), but still... A part of me will always hold it dear. As such, it goes without saying that I too will be here until the bitter end! :)
