Are you sick of my SPN posts yet?
Well, it's better than complaining about work or doing coursework like I'm supposed to be doing, so there you go.
99 Problems. Summary: WHY DEAN WHY.
Castiel drunk is one of the most amusing things I've seen all season. "I found a liquor store." "Then what happened?" *irritated look* "I drank it." Wow. xD Cas actually had three great lines in this episode, one of which being his voicemail ("I don't understand why you want me to say my name!"). The other being "And Sam, of course, is an abomination." Is it wrong that I cracked up after that?
We're really getting to see Dean being all emotional recently, aren't we? He and Sam have basically switched places. His goodbye to Lisa (who I'd completely forgotten about, but whatever), his mental image of himself happy...*bawls* It's just, you don't usually see him vulnerable or open or even really caring about people outside of Sam (obvs), Bobby or a miniscule number of other people. Especially not (m)any of the women he has flings or almost-flings with. Which was why his silent goodbye to Jo a handful of episodes back (THAT EPISODE *bawls some more*) was so powerful, for me. That kiss actually *meant* something, dammit!
Random notes:
-I never mentioned it before, but Mystery Spot was a fantastic ep. Yes, they ended it all depressing because it's Supernatural and that's how they roll, but when Dean was dying all those stupid deaths ("These tacos taste funny to you?" "Somebody need a friend? ♥" and so on) I was literally in pain, I was laughing so hard. Sure, they sobered you up right quick with that morbid ending, but it was fun while it lasted.
-Sam, Interrupted was another winner. They need to get Sam high more often. XD And of course..."PUDDING~!"
-Been watching bloopers and con footage and whatever else I can get my hands on without spoiling anything, and I can't believe what goofballs the lot of them are! Loving all that.
And finally, reiterating because this is really starting to kill me:
I WANNA CATCH UP! I want to start Season 7! Yes, it will suck waiting for new episodes, especially at the end of the season (frickin' cliffhangers), but I want to join this fandom proper! I want to read the fic, watch all the YT stuff I want without fear of spoilers, waste days of my life plodding through the SPN TV Tropes page! Unfortunately, my watchmates refuse to watch more than one or two episodes a week because they really don't want to catch up, and it doesn't look like I'll be changing their tune anytime soon, so...
*sigh* So business as usual, no spoilers please. Am I way too obsessed with this show yet? xD
