Words of wisdom from my father
My father just gave me some words of wisdom:
"Don't associate people who aren't honest and who aren't good people. You know what I mean? Those people who will feed you shit and say it's a brownie."
My father (my mother too) are famous for explaining every anecdote in figuative language- original figurative language just randomly thrown in any conversation- like this one from this morning: "You can't dress a poodle up and say it's a girl!"
