life works in strange ways
ok so CHANGE OF PLANS! jake called me last night to tell me that he can now go to PROM! but i was already going to LA this weekend, so I was like ahhh jake you're too late i'm going to LA. I told my mom this morning and she was like "elyssa, you should go to prom, you'll regret it if you don't..." etc...plus she likes jake a lot...and she offered to move the LA trip to another weekend so i can go to prom and LA! Wow...a lot of stress before, but now i'm in such a happy place. I talked to Jake today and he's coming in for prom and i'm so excited for the group, the event, the after party, the whole bit. yay! and natalie I LOVE YOU and when i come to LA it will be for longer to make up for it. oh by the way...ansley...how did you predict this?? wow. impressive.
