Happy Pesach!!!!!

I have just returned home from my Illinois Spring Break EXTRAVAGANZA '06 and I must tell the world that I have found my future husband. It all started on my trip to the University of Chicago. I honestly thought I would hate that place because apparently, Hyde Park is a supersketchy area. WRONG. I have been in more traumatizing situations on the train ride home from New York City. The south side of Chicago has NOTHING on that.

U of C as I am affectionately going to call it, has the most adorable gargoyle-y campus. There are cute midwestern nerds running around everywhere. It was in the admissions office waiting with my father for our tour to start where I met the love of my life. This girl comes over to us and starts asking about what I'm interested in and I go, "Linguistics". Then she's all, "Oh hold on a sec. Hey Mitch, this girl's into your kind of stuff." Then this magical Wisconsinite comes over and he's all "Hey I'm Mitchel". I decided to choose him as my tour guide and he was all excited about the school even though he's only a freshman(ONLY A TWO YEAR AGE DIFFERENCE!!!). During the tour he kept telling us that U of C has over 600 student run clubs and that in just a moment he will disclose to us, the organization he is a member of. Before I know it, he drops the bomb. He's in U of C's improv troupe!!!! I'm all "I love improv!!" and he's all, "Oh you totally have to try out for our group when you go here!!!" and I'm all(not out loud) "Oh you bet your fine ass I will." Then he was all excited about our shared interests and so was I. Sadly, after the tour we parted ways because I had to go to the stupid information meeting. I know that one day fate will bring us together and we can study linguistics and improvisational comedy in perfect harmony.

I just hope he isn't gay.
