I have been away a bit, here and there. I haven't been online much. I think the truth is that i have been feeling so guilty about the fact that I've been pigging out and I've not been on here because of that... guilt, shame and running away - I don't want to face facts.
But facts must be faced if I am to achieve my goals. At least a 66lb loss before July 24th 2007. I might have to start my 28 day plan over again, I've lost my flow now, don't know where I'm at. All I know is that I am fat and I want to be thin. Focus on THIN.
Just want to say sorry to Leo and Jade - I have missed you girls and I'm sorry I've not been here for you. Hope you're doing okay.

My 5 day Plan: Back on Track - "Opperation Skinny"
Tomorrow - Fast: water, black coffee, more water, perhaps a ticktack or 1x piece of gum if the breath gets a bit funky
Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 3x diet soup/shake per day @ 125cal per pack, water, black coffee, more water PLUS 1.5hr gym sessions each day
Sunday - Fast: water, black coffee, still more water PLUS 1.5hr gym session or a 1.5hr walk/jog if the weather is nice :)
I'm on the road again ...
