We got back on Sunday night, but I've been swamped with homework until tonight. Awaiting Chinese food <3
Con was beautiful! So, so wonderful, apart from a few sketchy-ass panels. Pictures are forthcoming.
If anything this weekend was the weekend of Final Fantasy nerdery, because while I came in wanting to only spent money on Persona paraphernalia (spoilers: they didn't have a lot), there was a load of merchandise for FF13. I wound up walking away with three figures, two posters, and a lot of art. Maria wanted me to buy the elixir soda with Lightning's face on it. I facepalmed at its existence.
We got there early on Friday and spent most of the weekend depleting bank accounts. There were some beautiful cosplays (a Gwendolyn from Odin Sphere and an Edea from FF8 in particular), and only a handful of P4 (though a lot of Minatos, and a really sweet Elizabeth). I actually got recognized as Tatsuya! It was weird and heartwarming.
Bought Trinity Soul volume 2, some cute P4 doujinn, and when I got home the P2 manga and Trinity Soul artbook were in my mailbox <3 <3 <3 Oh Lord its an obsessive fangirl, look away
And NaNo has crashed and burned, as I expected. I will hopefully work on it over winter break when OH GOD FINALS are done.
