Yes, it's hopefully about them being in that relaxed sort of honeymoon stage that we should have seen in S4 and didn't get given, sadly.
Lol, Cook and Katie would be a disaster, but like, a good one. But I'm with Naomi on this one, there is no way that Cook would be able to stand back and not pass comment/try to get in there.
Zomg, I love the idea of Katie and Cook having this horrible drunken hook up, and then somehow, they just never end up officially not hooking up until they are together forever in a circle of love/hate. (Not that I've thought much about it, obviously)
Now I know the formula, I shall use it to my advantage.
