As an atheist, I pay more attention to religion now than I did when I was an agnostic. Now that I exchange facebook messages with a United Methodist pastor and have Facebook friends that are obviously devout Christians, I do try to keep my anti-religious rantings somewhat toned down, and when I see an article about religious organizations doing good things that I think might be of interest to my religious friends I will post it. But I admit to a certain bias, and I admit that when the supposedly religious get caught doing horribly NGI (Non God Inspired) things I tend to post them so I can rant about them.
But lately I have been thinking about doing more.
One of my favorite biblical stories is 2nd Kings 2:23-24. This is the one where God sends two she-bears to rip up 42 children for making fun of Elisha. A dramatic reenactment may be found below.

this article, originally posted on Facebook by
mechanteanemone and once again thought the same question I had thought so many times before - "If God would send bears to tear up 42 children for making fun of Elisha, why isn't God sending she-bears after these bastards?" But after reading this article, it dawned on me - perhaps God is waiting for someone to take up this service for Him?
There's a good thing to solicit funds for! "Two She Bears Inc." would mail two she-bears (stuffed, teddy versions of course) to evil pricks like Chuck Phelps and Trinity Baptist Church as a way of reminding them that God is watching, and might decide to lay the holy she-bear whup-ass on them at any time.
I realize that like anything else, this venture would require some start-up capitol. Perhaps until we get enough momentum going to send actual stuffed she-bears we could send cards -
Anyone want to donate a few dollars for the she-bears for TBC?
