Inauspicious start
Today seems to have gotten off to a bad start, with the french roast coffeemaker exploding this morning when I got to the "press" part, spraying me with hot coffee and giving me first degree burns on my hands, wrists, and (incongruously) the bridge of my nose - and yet more dire, DEPRIVING ME OF COFFEE!
There's also hot coffee and grounds all over the kitchen, which I will have to clean up.
Coffee, even decaf, is apparently not healthy for me.
