WE COULD'VE DIED
ohmygosh this is so totally uncool. me and petty went to barnes and noble last night with reggie and i felt like driving home and petty let me and when i was going across the three lanes home and getting in the one i was supposed to be in there was a car in my blind spot and i clipped the back of its bumper.

anyway, petty's whole front bumper is falling off but the other car is barely scraped. i'm going to die and..die. 1) it was NOT MY CAR 2) it was probably after 6 PM (which is when i'm allowed to drive).
luckily i don't think the police noticed i wasn't supposed to be driving then.
all i have to do is get a job and pay for it and practice driving a little bit. petty won't be able to drive for a looong time. he's not even supposed to have people riding with him, let alone driving the car. i'm lucky to get off with such a light punishment.
i'm so scared guys i have to go to court on the 14th and they MIGHT reduce my ticket. i'm sad and scared and i feel horrible about petty's car. of course, we're paying for all the damages on his car and the ticket since i was driving. i think if they reduce the ticket i will have enough money to pay for that. my insurance will probably double though. oh this is just so depressing. poor petty. i feel so bad.
