(no subject)
Hooray for seeing people I actually *like* at UWM. Saw random guys staring in my classroom today and I couldn't figure out what they were looking out. Turns out it was Jesse and his friend, so I got to talk to them for a few minutes. Plus I got out early so I had to time to go home for a bit in between work and class (where I am now).
Smiles for it being a good day!
Edit: I didn't feel like posting a new entry, so I'm adding on to this one. I saw even more good people while at work, specifically the parents of my best friend when I was younger. It was nice to catch up.
I really want to go into this huge political rant right now, but I will spare all of you that. So, I'll just write a tad. I'm watching this Drew Barrymore Choose or Lose special on MTV. I thought it would suck, but it's actually quite good. I will never understand people not voting, but specifically women and African Americans, because people had to fight so hard, so recently, for us to have the privilege. (See the movie Iron Jawed Angels if you are a girl- it's excellent) Alright, I could go on for pages, but that is all I will subject you to.
