Eek! I just tried listening to Bright Eyes "I'm Wide Awake It's Morning" and it took me back ... who in the universe decided it was a good idea to let that album, more adventurous and coco rosie's dans la maison de mon revre come out at the same time? That was a seriously fucked up fall/winter, and I think it's probably mostly because I pretty much exclusively listened to those three albums. Oh! And Elliott Smith's first posthumous album came out at that time and was a favorite of mine, too. Jesus fucking christ. Justin, Cat, how did we all not kill ourselves that season?
