I saw 3 bands and asserted my independence. I took a cab even though my parents thought it was a waste of money. The Hard Lessons did a mostly acoustic and bluesy set at the art fair, which was a little something different, yet still fun. They also remembered my article/convo on them from a year ago, which was nice, since I hadn't bothered to talk to them since.
I was just ordered to write a happy entry because I'm usually only motivated to write here when I'm sad. Tonight will either be karaoke, swing dancing, or the Dark Knight. NOthing to be sad about now. WOO HOO!
