Trade In's
Why is it that when you trade in a video game or...say thirty some you get hardly any value for them yet the store you trade them in at can resell them for double, triple sometimes quadruple the price. What the crap.
We went to EB games today to trade in a variety of older games about 30 and we got a whole 31$ back for them. I know from looking around the store that 90% of those games will be sold for 10$ or more. One in particular I am pretty sure will be sold for over 40. From now on I think I will sell my games online or to a friend.
I knew going in it wouldnt be a phenomenal amount but a dollar a game is kind of ridiculous. Also I am aware it is not the store itself but more the companies so I harbour no ill will towards the store.
Sheesh maybe I should just open my own used video game store, seems to be quite a profit in it.
