Miki had seen Kio's message and it had reminded her that she, too, still needed a costume. It seemed that since coming here, she'd gotten rather lazy, which was something she wasn't used to.
She hurried up towards the mall and saw Kio standing against the railing. "Kio-kun!" She called out as she got closer.
Standing up Kio saw Miki waving from a distance. He put his hand up and waved back, “Miki-chan, you got my message.”
Smiling as the other walked up to him he put the device back in his pocket, he wasn’t sure if Rit-chan would meet up with them or not. Either way they would probably still be in the mall. “Hey, have you gotten your costume yet?”
"No, I haven't! I've been so lazy!" She said with a laugh. At least she knew exactly what she was looking for. She saw other occupants of the ship walking around the mall, assuming a few of them were doing last minute shopping as well.
"Did you want to wait for someone else?" she asked, looking around. She had no problem with that.
Kio laughed, "Well I can't say that I've done much either. The room that I'm in is amazing, I think I spent half the time just taking it in. We can probably pick your up as well since we're here then."
After thinking for a moment Kio decided that Ritsuka was probably with Misa orsomeone else getting ready for the party. Or getting a camera ready. "No it's alright, besides we only have a few hours before the party begins."
Whoa! This place was huge. Ryohei hadn't seen a mall this big before. But he had to find a costume, and he didn't know what of. And he only had about an hour or two to pick a costume. He came across a costume of a boxer. Sure it was cheating, but he'd go there shirtless anyway. "Whoa! This is one extreme costume!!!" Back back back, and he backed into someone. "Whoa, I'm extremely sorry about that."
Kio had just entered the store with Miki and was talking to her instead of looking ahead when he felt someone bump into him. "Sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going."
He didn't know who the person was, but it was obvious that they were looking for a costume for the party that night as well.
"Nah, don't worry about it," Ryohei responded to him. "Are you lookin for a costume for tonight, too? Because man, we might be extremely late if we stay here too long!"
And Ryohei did not want to arrive at the party late. He didn't exactly know why, but he felt like he had to be there and on time. Not to mention that he was new to the ship.
Miki blinked and watched the two. This guy, whoever he was, sure liked the word extreme. It was pretty amusing, actually. She chuckled and turned back to the costumes, looking for her perfect costume.
