Bel spotted someone new. Oh this one was interesting. He was definitely British, someone from his own continent. Pity that the prince couldn't give him a traditional slashing greeting, but alas, Elysium made sure he couldn't do that. Oh well, a 'normal' greeting would do.

"Ushishishi." the prince grinned.

As he walked he came across a blonde who was giving him the most curious looks. He nodded his head to the other, tipping his hat slightly to him. He was completely unaware to the other's thinking or origins for that matter. Cain certainly didn't recognize his clothing.

"Ciao," Bel greeted, grinning widely.

"Ciao signore," Cain replied, he was more proficient in French but he could certainly greet an Italian properly. "Come siete?"

"I'm bored," he replied with a grin. "Entertain me."

Cain raised an elegant brow, what an interesting fellow, sounded like many of the others he had known back in his own world.

"And why should I entertain you, boredom aside?"

"Because the prince is bored," Bel replied. It was a rather standard reply from him.

Prince, lovely, Cain had never had to truly deal with royalty, of course the chap could also be lying which wouldn't be a first.

"Well then your highness," he responded in a neutral tone, "I'm afraid I must decline your generous offer to remain in your company."

Bel frowned. He was sorely disappointed. Pity he couldn't slice up Cain. Although this one was rather interesting. OH he might serve for some entertainment.

"But it'll be fun!"

He sighed and decided that this sort of fellow seemed like the stalker sort, although... he supposed it couldn't hurt to "play" with this prince.

"Very well your highness," he smirked. "What do you propose we play?"

"Well Hide and seek is my favorite~" Bel replied, "But that's so much more fun with knives. I should find something else to play now!" the prince grinned.

Hide and seek with knives, fellow should play with Jack the Ripper, they'd probably be best of friends. At least they weren't going to play it. He had never played games as a child, so he didn't exactly have a desire to play them. They weren't going to play it though so it was a moot point.

He remained standing, tempted to pull out his pocket watch to examine the time. Let the "prince" decide their game, Cain didn't really know any.

Bel was a Jack the Ripper in his own accord. In fact, his nickname was Prince the Ripper. But in a way, Bel really was a child. He was only 16, after all. "Well we don't have enough people to play. The prince is sad."
