Jinyoung presents Chansik with a new teddy bear he had won at the county fairgrounds and thinks that the bright smile that appears on his boyfriend’s face is enough to cure cancer and bring world peace.

When Jinyoung comes home to see pooping pink elephants drawn all over the walls, he realizes that he had forgotten to give Chansik his meds in the morning.

Sometimes, Chansik would wonder that if he had never witnessed Jinyoung robbing those crackers at the supermarket, he would have never given up his rich, prestigious life for a life of crime, alcohol and gangs.

Jinyoung is a powdery white demon with heavy dark rings around his hollow purple eyes, destined to eat the hearts of anyone he finds deliciously beautiful, but for whatever reason, he just can’t seem to steal Chansik’s heart.

It’s hard being known as the least-talented member that is only there because of his handsome looks, and it’s even harder for him to hear Jinyoung crying and telling himself that he will never be the brilliant and wise leader everyone wants him to be, but Chansik still squeezes his leader’s hand, whispering in the older boy’s ear that he still thinks he’s a wonderful leader.

Sunwoo’s and Junghwan’s laser tag game sort of destroys the candlelight dinner and Chansik can see the tint of red spreading on his lover’s cheeks so he stretches across the dining table and gives the redhead a quick peck on the lips to calm him down.

Unlike everyone else in the forest, Chansik was born without any superpowers, so Jinyoung secretly vowed to make use of his fire powers in order to become the younger’s guardian and prevent anyone in his clan from trying to abolish the defected boy.

It all begins when Jinyoung first sees Chansik, standing unknowingly under some mistletoe at Shinwoo’s Christmas Party, and somehow finds himself pushing his lips onto the younger’s while brushing his tousled black hair with his hand.
