[Locked from Azula and her allies]
I guess it didn't take too long for all this crazy stuff to start happening, huh?
I'm sure plenty of people have at least a rough idea of everything that happened with this Azula girl. I want to talk to all of the parties involved, including her. We need full documentation of all of this if we're ever going to work out a better legal system to handle stray cases like hers.
I also want a full investigation of all crime scenes involving her.

With all of the crime in this city, we need to get a system of laws. Public forum postings of "How should we handle this" can only work for so long. A case-by-case basis isn't very idea when we don't know how many people are capable or willing to cause this much destruction.
Also, WE STILL HAVEN'T RECOVERED THE PICTURES OF ELYSIA! THIS IS TRAGIC, I TELL YOU. HOW CAN I GO ON WITHOUT SEEING HER BEAUTIFUL FACE EVERY DAY?
This is an injustice that must be fixed!
