I've found it at Mediterranean/Arabic grocery stores, and you might even try a Russian or Ukrainian shop.

We do; look for Black Cherry juice in co-ops or organic sections in some big chain grocery stores.

We Do have cherry juice in the U.S. I have found it in various grocery stores, including Whole Foods. It is not always stocked in the juice aisle.
