Friday:
Anne and I left school in a hurraahh.... anxious to meet John Edwards. We rolled out following my dad to Lexington decked out in our movie star sunglasses. Dad walked us around down town and suddenly we had the urge for something to drink. Starbucks was the first thing on my mind. After that we walked to the old court house of lexington and sat in a room for about an hour talking to different people and eagerly waiting for my lover! Finally he came in and everyone rose to their feet applauding him. Anne and I listened to his brilliant speech and he even made eye contact with us about five times! I about fainted, not only because he was sooo great but just the fact that it was 120 degrees in that room. After he talked he looked over at one of his important people clan as they signalled him saying that it was time to go. He brushed them off and went around talking to people. Everyone was scattering about and he walked over to us and shook our hand and we talked about The Young Democrats club and other things... then... CLICK! We had our beautiful picture taken with him. Ahhh. My dad was freaking out.
Then, we headed off to the mall to get my prom dress....the stupid BITCH! scanned my credit card and it wouldn't go through. Bastards. Oh well, I am going back on Tuesday to get it. We ate at some petit bistrol place in the food court and got SO sick. Food poisioning, I think. Later I decided to go camping but went to be fairly early. Oh well, I got to hang out with Brett which was fun annndd he enjoyed to present I brought him back from Ohio.
Saturday, I slept until 5:30 due to the sickness that accured the night before. Balh. Then Sam and I headed to Richmond to go out to eat. It was fun but I couldn't really eat. Oh well.... Farah's party was missed :( I wasn't about to rub up against people when I had vomitted just two hours before that. Instead, I decided to go camping again. It was fun but I feel asleep on the way out there and only stayed up for about two hours. I roasted a hot dog but ended up just eating the bun. Yuck! I woke up and the day was glorious. Lindsay and I went swimming in the pond and rowed around in the boat with us and courtney. It was great. We came back to the campsite packed up and headed out of the hollar in Jackson County. We then headed to her dads where we made breakfast and I slept... again. After that we went hiking at Anglin Falls and then ate Mexico! I had so mcuh fun.
this weekend was great but then... Mrs. Lambert made me suicidal today in class. She ruined it all! I hate Mondays!
