Okay I'm back again since blogger doesn't have great options for private posts.
I just got back a problem set for my stat. class and I'm kind of annoyed because a. I made a really stupid mistake that took of 4% points and b. I didn't know how detailed he wanted our "explanation", as he never told us how detailed it had to be, so yeah. I still got an A overall so I shouldn't be upset, but I just don't like when teachers don't specify how detailed they want an explanation and it turns out that you don't give "enough". (Josh and I were just discussing how much we hated this like two hours ago.) Oh well, I'll do better next time I hope because now I know what he wants. I got an A on my French test as well, but also a few really stupid mistakes. Overall though, I'm doing pretty well in my classes. Just really stupid mistakes always seem to plague me, but at least I know what I'm doing..Jen got 1 1/2 points off for a -spelling error-. In stat class. Come on. Whatever though.
English class is soon. I'm reading Monkey for it and I really find the book quite bland and tedious. We're starting Freud Wednesday which I hope is more interesting. We're doing dream interpretation.
I'm nearly over my sickness. I have coughed a few times though.
Today I went to my old apartment with Josh. I actually looked in the mail box and saw that I had a piece of mail from Temple, so I took it. I also left a sticky note with a brief message, then got candy at Pete's. Later after Stat. class Jen got me more candy.
It's going to rain but stop before my class is over. My one class was canceled for holiday which was quite nice because I hung out with Josh for a while instead.
I acquired a bunch of free stuff from the "preparedness fair" today, including an organic apple, a shopping bag, highlighter, coffee, pastries, and a few other things. That was nice. At this point I want to go home, but I have to get through English class before I can do so.
So, things have been good. I lost my jacket today, but I might know where it is so I'm going to go look soon. If not, no big deal since it was a crappy jacket and didn't fit me anyway. So yeah. Challis came and we made cookies and dinner for her birthday then Avery and I watched King of Hearts. I hookah-ed and hung out with a lot of people on Friday. I also checked out the AIDS thrift festival shortly. I'm having a large party Friday I'm excited for. Saturday I was extremely tired at work, which turned out with me making tons of stupid mistakes. I'll do better next time as well.
