Versailles Vif translation (mostly complete)
Alright guys, two things. 1) Some of these lines might have been cut a little short because it was easier to do that thna to translate word for word. 2) I got most of what was said, but I'm still stuck on Yuki's and Teru's favorite movies. They're both a little tough to understand, and I'm fairly certain they're using Japanese alternate titles for American movies, which makes for some tricky internet searching. If you have any idea what they're trying to say, please chime in and let me know, and I'll update it here. Alternatively, I'm considering asking the boys on Ameba. If they answer, I'll fix it here.
The rules are the same for this as they are for the blogs, and I will also add a request not to make subs for this. The reason this is posted here and not as subs is not sue to any inability on my part. I know how to subtitle videos. The fact of the matter is that the video is not mine to edit or subtitle, so I won't. Please do not use my translations to make subs. I will, however, link you to the original Vif video here since it's posted on what looks like an official account. In any case, happy reading!

I understand that everyone's screen will work differntly in terms of color. If these colors are problematic on your screen, let me know and I will try to fix them. I tried to go with colors that would be markedly different from each other, but some of them are a bit borderline. It's also affected by whether you are viewing my journal in my style or your own, and I can't account for that very well. In any case, if there's a problem, let me know.

At last, on June 15, our new album, Holy Grail goes on sale. In fact, we’ve wanted to use this title since our formation. Since then, we’ve hoped to make something with this treasured name, and now our masterpiece has been completed.
It has the theme of a masquerade ball. It has this sort of look, and occurs in one night, and other various elegant aspects. It’s an album with that sort of feel.
As you can see, we also have a masquerade sort of image. Yuki and Masashi are dressed in black and represent darkness. Hizaki and Teru are in white to represent light. And between that, I’m in red to represent roses and blood. I’m wishing from my heart that Holy Grail becomes an album that you can truly love.
Q: This album includes the theme songs you guys composed for the movie “Vampire Stories”. Speaking of which, please tell us what your favorite movie is.

Q: This fall, you will be starting a tour overseas, but what products are necessary to you when you go abroad?
Something to open wine, to open corks. (to Yuki) What’s it called? (Yuki) An opener. (Masashi) Opener, an opener. I like to drink at nights and with dinner and such, so I’d be in trouble if I didn’t have one.
I’m a heavy Mac user, so I have to have my laptop.
