These few days, I felt like things are going one big circle coming back to me.. What i've done, Karma has found me.

The cage is unlocked. The bird may have memories in it which it doesn't want to forget. But the world outside is definitely much better.
The bird saw it. Stuck, standing on the ledge, the life between the cage and the beautiful world out there..
Which will it choose?
Not only the bird needs to recuperate from the wounds the cage had inflicted. The cage has to be repaired from the constant peckings from the bird.
And the assurance that, the bird will return. And both living happily again.
