(no subject)
Ah, the last couple days have been very nice. Yesterday was good both productively and recreationally. Got some reading done and stuff, but also went out to dinner, caught a movie, and watched some anime.
Dinner with Thomas, Adora, and Gary. Awesome new Indian place I hadn't been to before. Spicy, but very tasty. Then Gary dropped out, and Thomas, Adora and I continued to the movie at Wheeler. I <3 Huckabees. I really enjoyed that movie. Just thought it was hilarious. Great cast, great acting, and a wonderfully bizarre and funny story. Then Thomas dropped off, and Adora and I came back to the apartment and watched some anime. Hahaha. Man, it was insanity, five new episodes. Good stuff though. Damn cliff hangers.
Today, while not as productive (but HEY it's Saturday!) was awesome recreationally. Hung out with Julia for a good bit of time. It's been so long since just the two of us have hung out. Went to see The Wedding Date. Cute. I really liked it. Not too cutesy, but cute enough. Then video games and tv. Then dinner. And good conversation. And great company.
Although, I have done some reading tonight. Very proud of myself. Would have been the typical Stephanie thing to do, come back from a day of slacking, and figure the whole day is wasted and do nothing for the rest of the evening. But I plan to finish my geography reading before hitting the hay.
Also, talked to Momma tonight. She's sending me a surprise! I'm so excited. But she won't tell me what it is... I wonder, I wonder... So much anticipation! Anyway, if I am to finish that chapter I had better get to it. Goodnight everyone! (or whatever, depending on what time of the day you happen to read this...)
